The Review Procedure:

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest standards of scientific quality and academic integrity. Each submission is evaluated by two to three independent reviewers who are recognized experts in the relevant research area. Reviewers typically hold academic titles such as Assistant Professor Dr. or Professor Dr., and possess demonstrable expertise through peer-reviewed publications and academic contributions.

  • The review process assesses the manuscript based on originality, relevance to the conference or publication scope, technical soundness, clarity of presentation, and the validity of the methods and conclusions.
  • Reviewers remain anonymous to the authors, and vice versa, throughout the review process to maintain impartiality.
  • The editorial committee makes the final decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts, based on the reviewers’ recommendations and adherence to the publisher’s ethical and formatting guidelines.
  • Accepted papers will be required to comply with the publisher’s formatting and submission standards prior to final publication.

Review Criteria:

  • Authors are expected to adhere to the following criteria to ensure the quality and integrity of their submissions:
  • The topic and writing style must align with the standards and scope of the selected journal or publisher (e.g., Springer, AIP Conference Proceedings, … etc).
  • Submissions must be free of plagiarism and AI-generated content, with a plagiarism similarity index less than 20 %. Authors are responsible for ensuring originality.
  • Manuscripts must strictly follow the official journal template provided by the organizers before submission. Non-compliant papers may be rejected without review.
  • The article must reflect high scientific quality, present accurate and valid findings, and avoid any misleading or unsupported claims.
  • The manuscript should be clearly written, concise, and logically organized, using formal academic English.
  • A general introduction that provides context, background, and the purpose of the research is required.
  • All submissions must be written in English and free from grammatical and typographical errors.
  • Figures, tables, and diagrams must be clearly labeled, legible, and formatted to fit within the page margins of the journal template.
  • The manuscript should include sufficient detail, methodology, and references to publicly accessible sources to allow independent verification or replication of the work.

Author Obligations:

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript and have agreed to its submission and potential publication.

  • The submitted manuscript must represent original, unpublished work and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere, except in preliminary forms such as oral presentations, posters, or abstracts. Duplicate or redundant publication is strictly prohibited.
  • Authors are expected to provide a clear, accurate, and objective account of the research conducted, including a balanced discussion of its significance. The manuscript should include sufficient methodological detail and references to enable others to replicate the work.
  • Any content derived from previously published work, including the authors’ own prior publications, must be properly cited and clearly distinguished from new results.
  • Salami slicing or the fragmentation of research into multiple, minimally publishable units is discouraged. Each submission should provide a complete and coherent presentation of a distinct aspect of the research.
  • Academic discourse, including critiques or commentary on previously published work, must remain professional, evidence-based, and free from personal attacks or polemics.
  • If any of the above conditions are no longer met after submission—for example, if errors are discovered or ethical concerns arise—the authors have an obligation to promptly notify the Editor so that appropriate corrective action can be taken.

Publication Ethics:

  • The Scientific Committee of the conference is fully committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. The committee adheres to the principles and guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), which serve as the foundation for ethical conduct in scholarly publishing.
  • All parties involved in the publication process—including editors, reviewers, and authors—are expected to adhere strictly to these ethical standards and follow the specific guidelines of the selected journal or publisher (e.g., AIP Conference Proceedings).
  • Serious ethical violations—such as plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, duplicate submission, and authorship misconduct—are treated with the utmost seriousness. If a breach is identified at any stage of the process, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to withdraw the manuscript from consideration or publication, even after acceptance.
  • Manuscripts found to be in violation of ethical guidelines will not be forwarded to the selected publisher, and appropriate actions may be taken in line with COPE recommendations, which could include notifying the authors’ affiliated institutions.
  • The conference encourages transparency, responsible research conduct, and proper citation practices to ensure the integrity and credibility of all published work.
